Two years ago, my khwisero community used to complain about the unknown group of people that were being suspected to be responsible for ongoing killings in this region. They are also conducting a series of robbery in this community in the night hours.
The unknown group ,would be seen with pangas ,swords, big metals and all types of tools that would be used to make distraction e.g killing and distracting buildings. the unknown group was suspected to be from their community and other surrounding communities ,then they had to meet at certain point ,before they dispersed to the planned community .
The unknown group has been taking advantage of killing innocent people,and taking away their properties .I,witnessed a body of an old mama who was killed just because she had sold apiece of land for people who was constructing the road from Buyangu to Ekero .
The old mama had just received her cash the previous day before she was killed .The very morning after the killing the suspected group was missing from the village .This confirmed that the missing group was responsible to the matters.
After the burial ,the administration took the act of assigning the youths to guard the Khwisero community.The youths used guard the villagers during the nights.But after two weeks two of the suspects were seen and the a report was forwarded to the administration .
Before the police arrived ,the Bodabodas had killed one of them in my presence as i witnessed, to prove this to the community the ,house of man who was killed and what they saw ,truly confirmed that the young man deserved death.
Measures should be taken to ensure that this group do not misuse this mandate they are given to punish their enemies.

CONSTRACTION OF A GAUGE RAILWAY.
I personally agree with president's opinion of ,constructing a gauge railway ,but i feel that, this should take the second priority ,after improving on the present roads we are having.I do also feel that the funds which have been allocated for this project do settle some of depts that kenya has for other countries
I also do agree that ,the standard gauge train will take faster transportation ,it wont be accessed by every body but few people who will be near the railway as compared to roads.Also as it will be in position of being constructed ,some people who stays near the railway line will be displeased and as government,i feel that the alternative should be taken, to settle them before they are displaced.
I feel that doing what i have just mentioned in the above paragraphs ,the government should construct ,Mombasa to Uganda road ,because most transportation of various goods ,from Kenyan port to Uganda passes through it.Why can it also be expanded?.after it has successfully succeeded then the government can go on with , the construction of gauged railway.

POOR METHODS OF FARMING.
In the past, khwisero people used to work hard and extra harder to get good yieds out of their farms.This food could sustain them throughout the year or even for a long period of time without starving.
They had even more modern preservation skills used ,this would maintain the produce in a good condition for aperiod of time. This would enable Khwisero farmers stablelise their farmily needs and met their target,achievable,so during that time life was not difficult as compared to today.
Last year ,i decided to use use my demonstration plot to see if i could achieve my target ,through practising modern ways of farming,im happy to have successfully,succeeded in my research, and proudly enjoys wanderful yields that i had never met before.
Comparing the past and present,Khwisero people have ignored proper land usage.Due to this i can coment that ther poor yields is due to lack of know how.This makes them to start starving ealier months of the year .I personally felt that i should take an initiative towards the farming methods.
As a result i organised for a training , to train farmers across our Khwisero constutuency,about mordern ways of using their lands,suitable ferterlisers ,satsfied seeds and good timing.Im sure that if skils will be followed properly ,we are to look forward for the best results this year.
Please share with me some of the solutions that will help me achieve my best goal as a resident of Khwisero.
